Our guest list includes family and friends, old and new, from both sides. We can't wait for you all to meet!
WHAT WE'LL BE DOING
YOU'RE INVITED TO EVERYTHING
While we've designed our weekend with flexibility in mind for all our guests, we'd love for you to hang with us the whole time if you're so inclined.
Where you see downtime in the agenda, you're always welcome to head over to Cranberry Hill and just chill. We'll have snacks, drinks, cigars, lawn games, and plenty of space for everyone.
LOGISTICS
PARKING
Parking at Cranberry Hill is limited. Unless we've spoken to you separately, there will not be room for you to park your car on the property. You're welcome to Uber or Taxi to and from anytime. And for most of the events on our agenda, we've arranged for transportation for all our guests. More details on those arrangements below.

- Em will pick you up from where each of you are staying around 9:00 AM.
Tay, Han, & Leesh:
- Em will pick you up from your hotel around 9:15 AM.
Thomas, Amisha, Sofia, & Alyssa:
-Please plan to drive yourselves to Cranberry Hill, where we will make sure there is room for you to comfortably park.
Aunt Donna & Uncle Ron:
-Please plan to drive yourselves to Cranberry Hill, where we will make sure there is room for you to comfortably park.
ROCKPORT 11:15 AM - 3:00 PM
For those comfortable walking (~2 miles all-in):
11:15 AM - Walk 10 mins down the road from Cranberry Hill.
11:30 AM - Private bus pick-up 21 Mt Pleasant Ave, Gloucester.
11:45 AM - Bus drop-off at the Headlands in Rockport. Explore the Headlands a bit. 10 min walk into town. We'll have 2.5 hrs to explore!
2:15 PM - Walk back to the Headlands.
2:30 PM - Bus pick-up at the Headlands.
2:45 PM - Bus drop-off 21 Mt Pleasant Ave, Gloucester. Walk back to Cranberry Hill.
3:00 PM - Adventure was formerly out there, is now relaxing on a lawn chair having a beer.
Alternatives:
- For guests who'd prefer less walking, we will order Ubers.
- Guests who'd prefer to get to and/or home from Rockport on their own are welcome to do so. Note that parking is often a challenge there.
- The trip to Rockport is fully optional. Feel free to opt for another activity or simply hang out at Cranberry Hill if you'd prefer!
GET READY FOR DINNER 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Our Rockport trip will end back at Cranberry Hill. For guests staying in Rockport, you're welcome to go home directly from there rather than taking the bus with us back to Gloucester.
During this downtime, all guests may opt either to return to their hotels to freshen up for the evening or to hang out at Cranberry Hill with us, where we'll be relaxing and prepping for dinner.
If you opt for the former, plan to grab a Taxi or an Uber.
FRIDAY EVENING FESTIVITIES 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Transportation to and from our Friday evening festivities will not be provided, nor will parking be available at Cranberry Hill unless we've informed you directly that there will be room for your car. Please plan to grab Taxis or Ubers to get there and back home.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FOOD
Antipasto will be served from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by dinner.
DRINKS
We'll have a fully-stocked self-serve bar. If there's something you love to drink you're worried we might not have, bring it!
TOASTS
For us, this time is all about connection. Storytelling is how people have always shared meaning - not just big moments, but small truths, memories, and perspectives that make us feel closer to one another.
We planned this weekend around making space for that kind of connection. Setting aside time for your stories, reflections, memories, and toasts is about being present with the people we love, and it's a big part of how we’re choosing to celebrate.
We’ll be in a relaxed setting around the fire. Prepare thoughts ahead of time or just speak from the heart. There's no pressure if you'd rather not, but all are cordially invited. If arrangements must be made in advance, contact Aly (530) 305-3342.
Interpretive dances, magic tricks, serenades, and all other performing arts strongly encouraged. Break a leg.

The Evermore at Peirce farm estate
GETTING THERE
TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED
We've hired a private bus to transport guests to and from the Evermore. The bus will make two stops each at pick-up and drop-off.
Pick-Ups:
3:45 PM - Robin's Nest Gelato, Rockport, MA
4:00 PM - Ocean House Hotel, Gloucester, MA
Arrival: 5:00 PM
Departure: 10:30 PM
Drop-Offs:
11:15 PM - Ocean House Hotel, Gloucester, MA
11:30 PM - Robin's Nest Gelato, Rockport, MA
If taking the bus, guests are strongly encouraged to schedule taxis to and from these pickup points in advance to ensure reliable transportation in both directions. Please ensure you arrive on time as the bus will not be able to wait.
Guests who'd prefer to arrange their own ride to and from the Evermore are welcome to do so!
WHEN TO ARRIVE
COCKTAIL HOUR BEGINS AT 5:00 PM
Our wedding celebration will begin at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 15th. Our party has been asked not to arrive at the venue prior to that time.
WHAT TO WEAR
CELEBRATION ATTIRE
The bowties in the agenda link to suggested attire for the various gatherings we have planned, including the wedding celebration itself (also linked above).
FOOTWEAR
Plan to wear shoes you’ll be comfortable walking in across primarily paved and even surfaces, indoors and out, with some stairs and, very briefly, grass. They should also be comfortable for dancing the night away, putting your hands in the air like you don’t care, racing other guests to be first to the appetizer table, etc.
WEATHER
We expect it to be about 75°F when cocktail hour starts, cooling off to 72°F by ceremony time and closer to 68°F by 11:00 PM. In the unlikely event that it rains, we'll move inside.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We've hired a brilliant photographer, who will document our wedding candidly. There will be no posed photographs, but many moments captured.
We ask that guests refrain from taking their own photographs or videos until after the ceremony.
FOOD
Passed hors d’oeuvres and charcuterie will be served from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After the ceremony, 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, hearty hors d'oeuvres stations will be available, followed by dessert at 8:00 PM.
DRINKS
A fully-stocked open bar will be provided from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
DANCING
Lots of dancing will be had. Fast. Slow. Interpretive. Off-beat (if you're Em).
